From Bognor Regis, I have successfully bred and shown cavies for 30+ years, including Selfs, Non-selfs and Rare Varieties, although I’m best known for my Tort & Whites. Also now developing the Blue Tricolour. Accredited SCC panel judge since 2001, also panel judge for NTWCC & TCC. Currently General Secretary for SCC.

I’ve had cavies for 40 yrs, shown them for over 30 & judged them for around 25 – strange really, because I’m still only 28! I’d like to think I’ve improved Lilacs.

North Somerset – I showed briefly in 1960s and returned to the fancy in 1980s. Kept most breeds – favourite breeds Dalmation / Roan. Winner of Roan Points (DRCC) 2010. I also breed Blacks, D.E. Golden, Fox & Tans. Committee member FTCC and involved with many local clubs. Passed SCC Judges Accreditation Programme.
Julie Gallagher

Breeder and Exhibitor of Cavies since 2002, initially as half of Carnival Cavies and now as Julie Carnival. I have kept most breeds over the years. Currently I breed and exhibit all longhairs, Self Dark Eyed White and a few pets. I have been a SCC Panel Judge since 2010.

From Winchester. Cavy fancier continuously since 1970. Specialist breeder of Abys, Agoutis & Self Blacks for over 10yrs each, with diversions in Lilacs, Dutch, Himalayans & T&Ws. Former secretary Epsom & Agouti clubs. Panel judge since aged 18.

First joined SCC in 1971, always had Dutch, bred most other breeds. Chairman & Life Judge of DCC, several BIS with Dutch. T&W CC judge, SCC judge. Have served on SCC committee in the past. Enthusiasm still undiminished.
Sue Hearn

I am a dairy Farmer from Cornwall. I had the privilege to be on the last judges accreditation course run by the SCC with Fred Holmes. Over the years I have bred and shown a number of breeds including Abyssinians, Dalmations, several colours of Dutch, Tans, Longhairs and RVs of Satin and Slate. My main love has been English Selfs and have completed the ESCC training and now on the B panel of judges. I have kept and bred most breeds of Selfs and attained Champion D.E Golden breeder from 2008 till 2014. Over the years I have bred and shown a number of SCC and English Self Champions.

I went to my first show 42 years ago and have been in the fancy continually ever since! I have been judging for over 30 years for the SCC as well as being on many other panels. I have kept most breeds of cavies but I am best known for showing and breeding Agoutis, especially Silvers.

In cavy fancy 28 years, am very friendly and outgoing. Successfully bred and shown Rex. Now showing and breeding Teddies, a challenging breed, also Alpacas. Chairman of Rex CC, President of Southern Cavy Club – I enjoy this position to help promote the fancy. Panel judge for SCC, NCC & Coronet and Sheltie CC. Enjoy judging and travelling to all areas of UK and abroad to expand my experience in all fields of the fancy.

I have kept cavies since 1978 and currently show Swiss and DE Whites. I have held secretary positions for the Bradford Championship Show and RVCC. Today I am the RVCC BCC Representative and Chairman, Rex CC judge, Nat. Fox and Tan Judge, SCC Treasurer and Judge and NCC judge. I completed the Judges Accreditation Course in 2006

Until recently was Treasurer for SCC for almost 20 years, also on SCC committee and judging panel during past 25 years. Secretary/Treasurer of Abyssinian CC since the late 1980s.
